Vanuatu and New Caledonia sign cooperation agreement
18 FEBRUARY 2010 PORT VILA (RADIO VANUATU) --- The Vanuatu government and the territorial government of New Caledonia have signed a cooperation agreement that will last until year 2014.
The agreement was signed between Vanuatu's minister of foreign affairs, Joe Natuman, the President of New Caledonia's territorial congress, Harold Martin, and the French High Commission based in New Caledonia.
Under this agreement, New Caledonia will assist in areas of tourism, trade, investment, and micro-finance projects….PNS (ENDS) |
